Lifetime guarantee for Black Enamel letters. For some reasons that the Black Enamel letters on your jewelry have came out, you can always send it back to us, we will take care and send it back to you as soon as we finish it. Please E-mail to us before you send it back.

If you would like to order, please call or sned email with all important information: size, width (mm), design, lettering (Black Enamel, Raised Gold Letters or Raised with Black Enamel), border (Plain, Diamond Cut or Cut out), name outside (in English or in Hawaiian), engraving inside (no extra charge), and please do not forget your personnel information (Name, address, phone number).
We accept Visa Card, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express card. We also accept Cashier Check, Money Order and Personal Check (Personal checks must be cleared before shipping). Please do not send your credit card number via E-mail, we will call you to reconfirm your order and we will ask you for the methods of payment of your choice. Once we receive your order, we will check for product availability, enter your order, we will call you for confirm your credit card, and if needed, we will send you another e-mail to reconfirm that the order has been entered.
